In this week’s audio update, I reflect on parenting alone. I also offer further thoughts on the invocation of Moloch, the ‘Game Theory Monster’, as a way to understand the world’s predicament. Finally, I muse on a key moment in the conversation between Iain McGilchrist, John Vervaeke, and Daniel Schachtenberger that I think might be one way to frame the challenges of our times. I link to these references in the notes and add a few thoughts about meeting my wife Siva 25 years ago, including an extract from my book, The Moves that Matter.

Alas, I don’t have time to properly produce and edit these audio dispatches, so they are all a bit rough around the edges. For the foreseeable future, they will be streams of consciousness with some afterthoughts a bit like this one.

I hope they are worthwhile nonetheless!
